Hi everyone!

I must create one location in lambert azimuthal equal area project
whith the following data:
*units: meters
*sphere radius: 6378338
*longitude of projection center: 09 00 00
*latidude of projection center: 48 00 00
*false easting/northing: 0.09 meters

Someboy knows the steps to follow?
