Automatic compilation of this module was disabled apparently because of a
bug. However a bug in this module that caused corrupt results when there were
any null cells or a MASK in force was fixed (by me) a while ago. So today
I have experimentally re-enabled compilation of r.resamp.rst as it may be
all right now.
