I have made a new list in the WIKI which is easily modifiable:

 GRASS 5.3 modules porting status to 5.7
 http://grass.gdf-hannover.de/twiki/bin/view/GRASS/ModulePortingList

If Michael agrees, we can retire 54to57porting_11-2004.txt in the WIKI.

Don't hesitate to update the new page.
