[GRASSLIST:2562] error to install grass5.7 from the source

hello,
I m downoad the files:grass57src_cvs_snapshot_exp_2003_12_13.tar and GRASS-5.3-cvs-head-i18n.22jan2004.tar in /home/ because to install grass5.7 from the source i need the cvs head of grass5.3 but when i write:
FLAGS="-g -Wall" ./configure \ --with-grass50=/home/grass/
i get the following error:
error: include PROJ.4 not found in the directory:/home/grass/
