[GRASSLIST:2360] other fomat/postgrass

hello,
i have 2 questions about Grass 5.7:
1. I want know the steps to read the external vector files using Postgrass.
2.I want use other format not supported by OGR, what can i read the new vector format, it's realisable with Postgrass.
