GRASS GIS for OS X has now 3 products:

GRASS_GIS_COMPLETE.dmg	(158.6 MB)
grass53cvs.tar.gz		(53.6 MB)
grass57cvs.tar.gz		(7.5 MB)

GRASS GIS COMPLETE includes all with only stable/tecnology preview 
version of grass: now is grass 5.3.0 and grass 5.7.0


There is another fast mirror for GRASS for OS X. Wow!
