[GRASSLIST:3564] build grass57

Hi all,

i had installed grass 5.0.3 and now try to install 5.7 on a suse linux 
8.2. Now i have problems when running the make command:

nad2bin.c:8:22: projects.h: No such file or directory

a speciality in my system is, since I'm not root, i have to install 
everything locally, so my configure looks:

also the make mix seems to be ok.
The problem seems to me to be the PROJ. I've added the path to PROJ to 
LD_LIBRARAY_PATH, but ...

Any suggestions what might be the problem?
