[GRASSLIST:3583] GRASS 5 Site sampling module

Hi Carlos,

please find attached to this message my
simple site sampling module for GRASS 5.
There are some short installation notes
in INSTALL.txt.
Hope you will find this usefull.
I am also posting this to the GRASS mailing
list, in case anyone else needs this
sort of functionality.
