[GRASSLIST:3473] v.format in 5.7

Hello, 
 
v.format is not  in the new 5.7 cvs binary version.   Did I miss some changes?   
Also gives me an error when it sees postgis format...  
Is there a web page where there is an updated list of changes to 5.7?  I was  
also seeing that there is a little bit of support for schema in pg databases  
...
