[GRASSLIST:3513] Arc/Export format

Hello,
I'd like to have a couple of points clarified about the importation of 
ESRI/E00 files:
In GRASS <5.7
vector: m.in.e00
raster : m.in.e00
In GRASS5.7
vector : avcimport [http://avce00.maptools.org/] transforms the E00 to a  
coverage, that in turn can be transformed in a SHAPE via ogr2ogr, right ?
raster : How do I import a E00 grid ? Could anybody point me to a simple app 
to convert a E00 grid to something GDAl would recognize ?
