The script should work in either 5.3 or 5.7, but the GUI interface only 
comes up in 5.7.

I am using ASTER L1B.I can't remember for sure, but I think you need 
Level 1B to get the GCP's (ground control points) needed for 
georeferencing. Of course you need L1A to ID GCP's to send to the ASTER 
folks if you want them to make a DEM.
