[GRASSLIST:4740] New GRASS WIKI online

Dear GRASS Community,

to better support the community, a new GRASS WIKI was launched
today:

 http://grass.gdf-hannover.de/twiki/bin/view

It is now based on TWIKI and kindly provided by GDF Hannover
in Germany. 

The old WIKI contents are migrated to the new WIKI. To edit pages
in the new WIKI, you have to create an account
(TWikiGuest -> TWikiRegistration).
This should hopefully keep spammers out (or minimize this problem).

Please make heavy use of the new WIKI site!
