Hi Dylan,

the book is shipping now, unfortunately it took quite a while
(due to technical problems and the merge of Kluwer/Springer).

The status of the book in the (online) book shops should be
changing these days. I already received some books one week
ago, so we expect that it will reach the shops asap.
