[GRASSLIST:6404] Spearfish data set updated for GRASS 6.0

Dear GRASS community,

I have updated the well known Spearfish data set
to GRASS 6.0:

 http://grass.itc.it/download/data.php
 -> GRASS 6.0 | SPEARFISH 6.0 data set

Changes in detail:
 - redone conversion of vector/sites maps from spearfish53
 - added 3rd dimension to DEFAULT_WIND and WIND files
