[GRASSLIST:8075] grass's connection to two postgre

hello

in my linux system there are two different version of postgre.
my grass connects only older postgresql db.


Since newer postgre installed with postgis extension, I need grass to 
connect newer postgre db as well.

how can I make newer postgre(8.03) effective on grass ?
