Either:
1. you don't have GDAL installed
or
2. the name of your GDAL library file is different that expected
libgdal.so.1

1. install GDAL
2. symlink your GDAL lib file libgdal.so.1

Read the archive, this is a common problem when installing Grass from
precompiled binary package.
