[GRASSLIST:5765] gdalwarp and gdal libraries

I am attempting to import some ASTER images with Michael Barton's r.in.aster and
I'm getting the error message that gdalwarp is missing (error message pasted
below).  I am using GRASS6.0 under Cygwin on WinXP downloaded from the binary
posted on Huidae Cho's website.  Is it possible that gdalwarp is missing or
perhaps is in in the wrong place?  I have searched for it and can't find it
under any of the normal directories (or any directory).  

Is there somewhere that I can download the gdalwarp utility to make this functional?
