These changes are for an external program; nothing to do with GRASS CVS.

ps - please avoid pressing ^C while using v.in.e00 until the next
release of GRASS 6 or use the latest version from CVS. Very bad things
will happen if you do (GRASS bug #3016). Actually it might be best to
avoid using v.in.e00 at all until it has been updated on your system.
