[GRASSLIST:7454] Installing QGIS 0.7 under SUSE 9.3

I've got problems to install qgis 0.7 under SUSE 9.3.

While installing it from the source the following error occurs

QT version 3.1.x or higher is needed, but Suse offers QT 3.3.4


While using the RPM-File for Suse from the GDF-Site, I've got problems 
with the sqlite-Library, although SUSE 9.3 installs a newer version.

Does anyone have a clue?
