Great!

The source code for every SWAT version is available because otherwise
people cannot run the model on various platforms. But the SWAT/GRASS
source is not. Even if it's publicly released, we may be restricted by
its copyright. That's why I want to start from scratch.

Actually, I don't like the fact that SWAT is a Fortran 90 program
because no open source F90 compiler can compile the code. I'm using
a non-commercial version of Intel Fortran 95 compiler.

I wish further discussion can be made.
