[GRASSLIST:6756] update to d.vect.thematic

I just posted an updated to d.vect.thematic. You can now specify table (for
cases where the attribute table has a different name than the vector map). I
also fixed a bug in which the minimum value of an attribute is not mapped in
the first theme. Thanks to Morritz Lennart and Martin Landa.
