I'm teaching a GIS course with GRASS at the University of Valencia in June.
I'm going to use the Spearfish set because it's easy. However, I've begun
adding new fields/columns to the data tables for demonstration purposes of
querying and overlaying. Beyond that, I don't really have a distinct
teaching dataset but would be interested in new ones.
