[GRASSLIST:8882] Re: Open source equivalent to ERDAS Imagine?

hi all,
i've never used GRASS as an ArcGIS equivalent ...
rather use it to image  and raster processing ...
and i still don't know very well the GRASS vector and
database conections capabilities ...
i use GRASS in a "old fashioned" way :D
