[GRASSLIST:9226] show my 3-d iso-surface map on the web ?

Hi all:
 
 I was able visualize my data in 3 dimension iso surface using Vis5D, 
 I need to load my visualization on the Web.
 do you have an idea how to make it or the clue for thatt. since my 3D map isosurface now is on Vis5d
