[GRASSLIST:614] New CVS for Mac

I just got back from vacation, fired up GRASS, noticed an update, and  
downloaded it.  At first glance, the dialogs in d.m and gis.m are  
finally fully usable on my system.  Things seem more stable and more  
useable every CVS I download.  I'd like to extend a thanks to  
everyone who has been hard at work.
