[GRASSLIST:756] georeferencing data

Hi people,
I imported data with v.in.ascii but they are in xy location and I'd like to 
import them in UTM location or to change their projection in UTMWGS84, how 
to do it? I tried to import in UTM location but it doesn't work and I tried 
to use "change projection" function and it doesn't work too.
