[GRASS-user] Re: problems selecting training sites

Dear list

We are finding i.class is not opperating as described in the
literature. The problem we encounter is exactly as described by Anja
Drews in [GRASSLIST:9873] problems selecting training sites. ie. once
the polygon is digitised and we click "Analyze Region" we get the
error "prepare signature: data error (click mouse to continue)"

We are running todays CVS version of GRASS 6.1 on a 64-bit dual Xeon
processor Dell workstation running Debian etch AMD64.

There was no response to Anja's thread, does that mean most users are
not experiencing this error? Anyway, from the lack of follow up we are
guessing that Anja possibly didn't find a solution. In that case how
might we get the tool working as it should do?
