[GRASS-user] a student needs help with v.surf.rst...

Hello,
I'm trying to produce an elevation model with this interpolation method.
So while the v.surf.rst doing the work i'm suddenly (just before the green bar reaches the end) getting this  message "out of memory".I must say that my area of interest is little big. Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance...

here's the region and the vector info :
