[GRASS-user] GRASS 6.1.0

Hi,
   I installed Grass 6.1. I run grass by "grass61"
command.It shows me GRASS 6.1.0 Start up screen.
  But How create New location as we have done in Grass
6.0.When i click on Projection Values Button it gives
me error as follows: -

/usr/local//grass-6.1.0/etc/set_data: error while
loading shared libraries:
/usr/local//grass-6.1.0/lib/libgrass_gis.so: cannot
restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied

Plz Resolve it
