[GRASS-user] i.spectral and gnuplot --- BUG FIXED

Hi

Getting close -- the new version contains the 'gratuitous' check for  
gnuplot identified by Glynn 6/24.  With lines 52 -55 commented out  
though, it runs fine.  Thanks for your help.
