[GRASS-user] add-ons installation

mostly, you unpack the tar package somewhere in the grass source tree (this
could come to scripts) and run "make" and than, in GRASS-main directory
make install.

But, as r.in.onearth is simple script, you can just copy it to scripts
directory, what is for me /usr/lib/grass/scripts/ and for you could be
/usr/local/grass-6.1.cvs/scripts/

do not forget to make it executable (chmod +x r.in.onearth)
