[GRASS-user] Bash Grass Completions caveat

I tried installing the Bash Grass Completions tool from the Wiki, but
apparantly my Bash version is too new (3.1.17). It seems to only install
under version 2.05. I've contacted the author to try and coax him into
making it available for newer versions of Bash  ;)

I've also updated the Wiki with a caveat about the version required:
