[GRASSLIST:10864] Query Grass Mapserver

Dear GRASS users,

I have installed Mapserver-4.6.2 with GRASS php support.
Using a php script , is it possible to get  the lat/lon  onclick  
anywhere  on the raster image map created on the server(PNG format) on 
the fly?
