Binary packages depend upon someone creating them. I daresay that a
Cygwin binary package for 6.2 would be appreciated.

It's likely to be a long time before the native Windows version is
sufficiently stable to make a Cygwin version redundant.

[Even when the native version works perfectly, some people may still
want a Cygwin version for better integration with other Cygwin-based
software.]
