[GRASS-user] Springer Encyclopedia of GIS, GRASS entry

Unfortunately, I find myself unable to meet the December deadline.

I would be willing to review text and flesh it out but I don't have
the time to create anything substantial myself.

Really sorry about this, but I cannot realistically make a comitment
beyond that with my current workload.
