[GRASS-user] v.in.ogr problems

Thanks for these Hamish, but even after setting the region like that I got
another error message "Child process exited abnormally".  Checking the
console after that error shows another error:


"region for current mapset is invalid"
line 15: <depths:0>
run "g.region"


Curiously if I import the shape file without the 'spatial' arg the
shapefile can be displayed correctly, but I loose the smallest islands.
The shape file does display correctly in Arcview.

Any further suggestions welcome.
