You will get this message for some *-dep.zip files since some of
GnuWin32 packages do not have *-dep.zip.  Does it say "cannot find
either /inst_grass/wget-1.10.2b.zip"?  In this case, please check if you
have c:\inst_grass\wget-1.10.2b.zip.  If not, go back to step 3 and
download this file.
