[GRASS-user] edit vector map comments

Hi,

AFAIK, there is no raster/vector module which allows user to edit
metadata available via [r|v].info. BTW the metadata model in GRASS
should be updated according to the given standards in this field (ISO
19115 GRASS profile, etc).

I have created a wiki page for this purpose [1]
