probably is, I will test it when I will on computer with ESRI (in
university)
next I will send it to you.

It is nto a problem with projection et all I import several similar
files, but only that one has an error

Adationally I import that shape to Postgis (without problems) but postgis
layer cannot be imported neither to grass (no geometry!) nor QGIS
(MPoints not supperted), when I try open that postgis layer QGIS crash.
