[GRASS-user] Spearfish tutorial update for GRASS62

Tell you what. I'll copy the tutorial to my hard drive and tweak it with 
  NVU as I find changes. [Since I got such great help running CVA from 
this list, it is the least I can do.] However, somebody who knows what 
they are doing should check out my changes.
