I am glad to hear GRASS seems to be running well from your box back home.
Once you have been able to use it a bit, please will you let us know your
further impressions. I am currently doing some investigating over the
feasibility of offering our clients remote access to our server. This is
attractive, because it reduces the burden of deploying the software and data
on several machines. I have an ADSL link and my testing has shown the
rendering of graphics to be fairly slow. I think, however that this is an
effect of my low bandwidth, which fluctuates between 30 - 40kbps. I am eager
to hear more of your experience.
