Hm, strange, maybe debug output helps to identify the problem...

g.gisenv set=DEBUG=5
v.out.dxf input=tindxf806 output=tindxf806_4.dxf
or
v.out.dxf input=tindxf806 output=tindxf806_4.dxf 2>debug.txt
