number of rows & cols. Is this correct ?
If so, how can I get to work with images that cover the same region, but come from
different sources ?
A typical example (my case), I would need to take some SAR images (which are
1000x1000) on to a DEM of 520x425 -or viceversa. the procedure involves
rototranslation and change of scale, passing from one system to another.

Previously I have been working with IDRISI, which has a module that takes care of this;
does GRASS have something similar ?
