[GRASS-user] MODIS HDF conversion in TIF tool.

OpenEV looks like a very good alternative. If compiled as part of the FWTools
it provides the option to open HDF files. Subsetting is also possible while
exporting.
It also provides the possibility to link two images... (the "linking" I
mentioned in another post).
