[GRASS-user] r.resamp.rst

Hi,

I am trying to understand how the parameters of curvature, slope, etc.
are calculated in r.resamp.rst:

1) 	Does the code carry out the calculations on a *variable sized*,
e.g. 3x3, 5x5, etc. (pixel-centered) array as mentioned in Mitasova
(1993)?  If so, this should be stated in the html help.
2)	What exactly is this "overlap parameter"?
3)	The html help says nothing about range of values for the
smoothing raster.  I read somewhere they have to be greater than zero
but some more information would be helpful.

Aside from these issues, r.resamp.rast is extremely useful for my
purposes!
