[GRASS-user] error message :- cache_queue_enqueue: position not in queue

Is anybody familiar with the error message cache_queue_enqueue: position not in queue?  
 
I receive it when attempting to run r.to.rast3 with multiple raster layers to create a 3d raster layer.
