traffic is incredibly increasing on grass.osgeo.org:

Number of visits	96246
Pages			1214317  (2968736*)
Hits				2968736 (287537*)
Bandwidth		2376.14 GB (7001.80 GB*)  <- !!

* "Not viewed traffic" includes traffic generated by robots, worms, or
  replies with special HTTP status codes.

The sample data packages are naturally creating quite some bandwidth
consumption.
