[GRASS-user] query of attribute data

Dear List,

using the statement 

v.db.select geb_grd_RG2_test3 where="A_area <= 4.195,27"

to query an attribute table gives me the error message 

DBMI-DBF driver error:
SQL parser error in statement:
SELECT * FROM geb_grd_RG2_test3 WHERE A_area <= 4.195,27
Error in db_open_select_cursor()

Can anybody help?
