How come you use d.erase then which is not usable in wingrass (as it is

As I said I'm a new user of GRASS, I used the the command sequence from
a book "Open source GIS A GRASS GIS Approach".

Could you also answer the other questions or comments, so that we can
find out what the problem is ?
Ok, but it could be me that does it the wrong way as I'm not used to
GRASS.

Answer: First r.to.vect (in QGIS) then v.drape (QGIS)

Answer: the same way as in QGIS => v.delaunay input=point3d
