[GRASS-user] GRASS User map (tiled) WMS problem

Hi,

I seek some assistance to get the GRASS User map working again:
http://grass.osgeo.org/community/index.php
-> white background due to JPL WMS changes

They want us to use their tiled WMS as far as I understand:
http://onearth.jpl.nasa.gov/tiled.html

Anyone able to give me hints how to rewrite the underlying mapfile?
Does it require a new Mapserver installation on our server?

We can discuss this offlist, help appreciated.
